Our take

This encasement is exactly what I needed for my sleeper sofa mattress. The zipper closure wraps the whole mattress tightly, and the jersey knit polyester is quiet—no crinkling sounds. It's truly waterproof; I poured water and it stayed on top. It also claims bed bug protection, which gives peace of mind. Installation was a bit snug but doable. The white color is standard. At $42.61, it's a reasonable price for full coverage. One con: it's only available in white. But for function, it's hard to beat. I sleep better knowing my mattress is fully protected.
