The LeatherSoft material feels smoother than standard leather but may not breathe as well. At 120 lbs, it's sturdy. The detachable seat cushions are handy for cleaning. However, the seat depth of 21.25" is on the shallower side. For the price, I expected a bit more cushion density. It works well in a living room or office.
