Our take
I ordered these leather-look covers for my 3-seat sectional with chaise. The polyester-spandex material has a nice stretch and fits well. The brown color looks good, but it's not real leather, so it doesn't breathe like leather. The elastic and ties keep it in place, though I had to adjust the ties to get a snug fit. They are machine washable, which is convenient. However, they are not water resistant, so spills can soak through. At $107, they're a decent value for the look, but durability may be average. I'd recommend them for light use.
